Credits & licences
This site is an independent project by ruzcko. It is not affiliated with Hugging Face or any conference listed. The code, layout and design are our own. The dates come from one open dataset plus our own weekly read of each venue’s official page, and a few open-source parts do the heavy lifting. Here is each one and its licence.
Conference data
huggingface/ai-deadlines
Our main source: deadlines, conference dates, cities and rankings for most venues. Copyright © 2025 Hugging Face, under the MIT License.
Our changes: we merge each venue's editions, group milestone types, convert timezones to UTC, correct obvious year typos (and say so), and add estimated dates for editions not yet announced, clearly marked.
The venues’ official pages
Our second source. Once a week a script fetches each venue’s important-dates page and has a language model (Google’s Gemini) extract the dates into a fixed format; the result is stored in the repository and shown with an “Official” tag. It fills gaps in the Hugging Face data (host cities, conference dates, editions not listed yet) and is compared with it (“✓ 2 sources” / “⚠ Sources differ”). Nothing is inferred: a date is reported only if the page states it.
Between 10 and 11 October 2026 the site also used data from PaperRush (Apache-2.0) while this was being built. Some of its feature ideas (quick links on a venue, shareable lists, a calendar view, report-a-date links) are implemented independently here; no PaperRush code, data or design assets remain in use.
Map
OpenStreetMap (via Nominatim)
Host-city coordinates were looked up with OpenStreetMap's Nominatim geocoder. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL).
Natural Earth
Country outlines for the map (1:110m, simplified). Natural Earth is in the public domain.
Leaflet 1.9.4

Type and images
Inter
The typeface, by Rasmus Andersson and The Inter Project Authors, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
resvg (resvg-wasm 2.6.2)
Draws the link-preview images on the server. Mozilla Public License 2.0; used unmodified.
Simple Icons
The Apple and Google marks on the calendar buttons come from Simple Icons (CC0). Brand names and logos belong to their owners; they only mark where a link leads.
A note on accuracy
Deadlines move and get extended. Always confirm on the venue's official call for papers. If you spot a wrong date, the “Report a wrong date” link on any venue opens a ready-to-send issue with whichever source listed it.
